Wine name: Peach Wine. Vintage: 2011. Home made! Appearance pale yellowy amber, smooth and quite viscous on the glass with quite light and a little grassy aromatics. The attack is soft and fruity. Evolution: Peach juice, peach skins, grass and oaked chardonnay with a finish which is oaked new world white on swallow, peach skins in the nose. Sweetness: 1. Acidity: 3. Tannin: 0 with a texture which is metallic water and the length is a little patchy. As for balance, it's nicely balanced despite quite high extraction. The wine has a cork closure. Overall, this wine is: A nice wine which stood up well to pork & chilli burgers with couscous. My score (which is NOT the same as Robert Parker's!) is 81 points.
