Appearance: Deep burnt orange, almost red, very thin and receding on the glass

Aromatics: Grenadine.

Attack: Fresh and fruity

Evolution: Ripe apples, strawberries.

Finish: Alpine strawberries on the swallow, Grenadine in the nose

Sweetness: 2

Acidity: 2

Tannin: 0

Texture: Light fruit syrup

Length: Excellent

Balance: Summery and light. A little sweet but OK.

Closure: Cork

Alcohol: 10% abv

Notes: Doesn’t taste its 5 years of age – as a rosé, this is nicely mature and ready to drink, and has none of the bitterness one would associate with rosé wine.
